FAQ

1. When will i get my item? 

All items are made to order on a pre order basis. Products ship out based on specific description stated on product page. All products average anywhere between 3-7 weeks. All volume dependent. 

2. My package shows delivered but I did not receive it

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE.  Give them the tracking number and inform them of the problem. Once items leave our facility, we are NOT responsible for any LOST or DAMAGED product. Unfortunately there isn't anything that we can do . The post office would be the one to contact for more information. 

3. What countries do you ship to:

We ship world wide.

4. How long will it take for my item to arrive?

*All products average anywhere between 3-7 weeks. All volume dependent.

*International shipping can take 20-28 days AFTER expected shipping time frame. Excluding holidays and weekends.

5. I moved, or gave a wrong/incomplete address:

    If you did not contact support@jkebrns.com prior to your order being shipped, and the package is returned to us resulting in the buyers mistake, the buyer will have to follow up via email to communicate further solution. 

    6. What if my item arrived damage

    If your item arrived damaged please contact us immediately. We will replace the item for the exact same color, size, or style only. We will require photograph proof of damaged items.

    WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS.
